Work with Local Schools and Student Nominees
• Work with schools to provide information about the STEM YEA program
• Obtain names of interested nominees from school personnel
• Provide registration information to Parents/Guardians of nominees and assist with the registration process
Provide contacts for fundraising
Provide names of potential individuals/businesses who could become sponsors/donors; should be provided to Mike Orbin, and Gwenn Carr
Solicit volunteers and provide information
• Solicit volunteers to help at the Academy (stay overnight, walk students from labs to cafeteria)
• Provide information regarding volunteer responsibilities
• Volunteers should complete and submit the Volunteer form

STEM YEA Founders' Clubs

Request the STEM YEA print brochure.
The brochure is 11" x 17" folding to 8.5" x 11" and can be mailed in a 9" x 12" enevelope with a personal letter or other material to help you in your efforts to promote STEM YEA for 2025.
Please contact Gwenn Carr and specify how many printed brochures you will require. You can also download a pdf version designed for e-mailing.
Also keep in mind that this website may be of use in presention the STEM YEA event for 2024.
